3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health and medical history.
• Attend sessions punctually and be prepared to engage in the process.
• Follow any guidance or self-help tasks provided as part of the treatment plan.
• Inform Confident Flyers of any relevant changes in health or personal circumstances.

4. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR regulations. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless required by law or if there is a risk of harm.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full either in advance or at the time of the session.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, and PayPal.
• All session fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• Repeated missed or late cancellations may result in future services being declined.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Confident Flyers strives to provide effective and ethical support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services. Clients should consult a medical or mental health professional if needed.

8. International Clients

If you are located outside the UK, it is your responsibility to ensure that receiving hypnotherapy services complies with your local laws and regulations. Confident Flyers accepts no liability for any legal issues that may arise from international use.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
