1. About Confident Flyers

Confident Flyers provides education, solution focused clinical hypnotherapy and coaching to help individuals overcome a fear of flying and travel with greater confidence.

Services are provided by Ted West, a qualified Clinical Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, registered with the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment is made securely through our online booking system unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect existing bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.

Masterclass bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Confident Flyers.

4. Online Sessions

Private sessions and Masterclasses are delivered online using Zoom unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure you have a suitable internet connection and a quiet environment.

If technical issues on your side prevent the session taking place, the appointment may still be considered delivered.

5. Health & Suitability

Solution focused hypnotherapy is designed to support wellbeing but is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information before their appointment.

If you have epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia or another significant neurological or psychiatric condition, you should seek advice from your GP or treating clinician before booking.

Confident Flyers reserves the right to decline or postpone a booking where hypnotherapy may not be appropriate.

6. Digital Audio Products

Digital audio recordings are supplied for your personal use only.

Do not listen whilst driving, cycling, operating machinery or undertaking any activity requiring your full attention.

Digital products must not be copied, shared, distributed or resold.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided unless required by law.

7. Masterclasses

Masterclasses are live educational group sessions.

Places are limited and each booking is valid for one attendee only.

Masterclasses may be recorded.

If you choose to use your camera or microphone, your name, voice or image may appear in the recording.

You are welcome to keep your camera and microphone switched off if you prefer.

Replay recordings are provided for attendees only and must not be copied or shared.

Private sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

During Masterclasses, attendees are expected to respect the privacy of other participants.

While many clients experience significant improvements, no guarantee can be made regarding individual outcomes.

All written materials, recordings, audio products and Masterclass content remain the intellectual property of Confident Flyers.
